What do
you people do actually?

Funny story!

We just wanted to do good things for everyone- the animals, the environment, fellow human beings. We wanted others to do it too. So, we run various mental wellbeing, training, and equiping sessions for various demographics - everyone is wellcome to join us.

Why animals?

Animals play an essential role in mental well-being, teaching us empathy, patience, and the profound value of care. By fostering meaningful interactions with animals, we nurture compassion while creating safe spaces where individuals can find solace, understanding, and connection.

Through these experiences, we not only advocate for animal welfare but also emphasize their critical role in enhancing mental health, fostering emotional resilience, and promoting a deeper connection to all living beings.

Why the environment?

The health of our planet directly influences our mental well-being and the survival of all species.

Through environmental education and sustainability-driven initiatives, we inspire action that protects biodiversity and reduces ecological harm.

By making small, mindful choices, we empower individuals to contribute not only to a greener future but also to a healthier and more inclusive global community.

And,
why fellow human beings?

We believe in empowering individuals—whether youths, mothers, or seniors—by fostering mental well-being and equipping them with the tools to create meaningful impact.

Together, we cultivate a thriving, compassionate community that uplifts one another and drives positive change for a healthier, more connected world.

Why the intersection?

The well-being of our planet, animals, and humanity is deeply interconnected, and each plays a crucial role in shaping our collective future.

By addressing these challenges holistically, we create sustainable and scalable initiatives that promote compassion for all living beings, support mental resilience, nurture ecosystems and communities.

Real good begins when we unite as an inclusive community, working together for a common purpose.

Do you incorporate live animals in your workshops?

Yes we do! For animal-assisted interactions and activities, we will have live animals onsite. As the animals are a vital part of our team, we hope that all present are comfortable with their presence in sessions. Animals have subjective experiences, feelings, and triggers. As such, The Good People (TGP) is responsible for their welfare.

While considerable efforts have been undertaken to anticipate and mitigate potential behavior, it is important to acknowledge that animals' actions may not always be entirely predictable. External program venues are equipped with sufficient resources to minimize foreseeable incidents and ensure the safety of both humans and animals.

Moreover, we take deliberate steps to minimize stressors, thereby reducing any potential discomfort to the animals involved. How do you protect the welfare of the animals involved in your sessions?

The welfare of our animals is our top priority. We adhere to strict guidelines and standards to ensure they are well-cared-for, healthy, and comfortable in their roles.

Our animals undergo regular health check-ups, vaccinations, and receive proper nutrition. We also provide them with a comfortable environment and ample rest between sessions. Our handlers are trained professionals who prioritize the well-being of the animals, and sessions are designed with their welfare in mind.

I have an allergy to animal fur. Can I still participate in the activities?

Absolutely! We prioritize everyone's comfort and well-being. We can discuss any specific concerns or accommodations to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Before each session, we will run through with you and the other participants an indemnity form. Within the indemnity form, kindly disclose any allergies you may have to animals, and we will advise you accordingly.

While we hope to make every activity a fun and enjoyable one, we are dedicated to ensuring that each activity not only provides enjoyment but also prioritizes the well-being of all participants.

Do you create a customised programme for companies/schools?
